ime-Ware Sales is a complete PC based timeshare sales
system. Developed over five years with experience gained from working with
several resorts and sales companies, it is specifically designed to handle all
the main procedures involved in timeshare sales both for
on-site with OPCs, cold lines, in-house and fly-buys, and for
off-site with telemarketing, and multiple resort inventory.
Time-Ware systems are in use in England, France, Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands and Singapore, with new installations booked for Europe and Asia.
There are many more screens and reports than those shown here, and more are being added almost on a weekly basis as we take suggestions and advise from our customers around the world.

ime-Ware Sales tracks your Ups all the way from first contact
through confirmation, touring or re-scheduling, draft contract and button-up,
purchase, collections and completion. Contracts can be entered, printed,
adjusted, upgraded and cancelled. Meanwhile, Time-Ware Sales maintains an
up-to-date picture of available inventory, calculates and monitors commissions,
tracks payments, facilitates collections and produces a wide range of reports
and graphs to monitor the performance of all aspects of your sales project.
ime-Ware Sales has been designed to be easy and
practical, using the latest in relational database techniques and our long
experience of the industry. All the resort information you need is clearly
displayed on the carefully designed screens and print-outs, for you to make
informed management decisions.
Time-Ware Sales has been designed with the user in mind. The system is menu driven, with all the tasks being grouped into sections which correspond to the main areas of your operation: Tours, Collections, Inventory, Wages, Management Information, to name but a few. Input screens have been carefully designed to need only the minimum number of keystrokes, and on-screen help is provided throughout the system. There is full mouse control, and users can escape at any time to back out of any procedure or screen.
At a deeper level for advanced users, managers and business planners, there are highly advanced and flexible relational database utilities, allowing complex analyses to be carried out, and specific graphs and reports to be generated. All reports can be previewed on the screen, so you can check your selection before committing it to the printer.
ot all sales operations are the same. During
installation, Time-Ware staff configure the system to match the particular
circumstances of your operation taking into account the inventory
available (fixed or floating, full or half weeks), the resort seasons (RCI, II
or local), the number and types of sales lines, the way reception operates and
so on. Both on-site and off-site projects are catered
for, as well as all kinds of lead generation (OPC, fly-buy, telemarketing, home
visit, owner referral, self-generated, walk in etc.).
ime-Ware Sales can be installed in your off-site
offices, so that the contracts and side- letter standard is maintained
thoughout your company. Our optional Off-site Link program that can transfer
all new deal information directly into your main system at the end of the day.
ime-Ware Sales can handle up to twelve different
currencies and languages, all at the same time. The currencies can be anything
you want (one will be designated to be the office currency for your
management reports and statistics). The languages can be anything that your
printer and the standard ASCII code pages can cope with.
powerful Access Control section allows the Project
Director to tailor each operators access rights to suit their needs. Menu
items not available to a specific user will not be displayed on the screen.
Each user has a separate password, which can be changed at any time. The
Project Director can review all these passwords, and add, delete or change
users at any time.
he Sales system has been carefully priced to be very
affordable from project start-up, and to provide a guarantee that Time-Ware
staff will always be available to help and provide system upgrades,
modifications etc. Time-Ware Sales is under constant review, with new sections
and enhancements being added by our programmers all the time. Time-Ware takes a
professional long term partnership approach. There are no hidden extras, and no
additional fee for normal support and system upgrades.
There is a small installation fee to cover the expenses of travel and the time taken to configure, install and train. After that, your project uses the Time-Ware Sales system including our support services for just 0.5% of Nett Value. Thats half of one percent of the Nett value of each sale. Its like having your own experienced computing department but at a fraction of the cost. And what´s more, it´s a cost you can include in the "Administration Charge" on each contract.
The installation includes data conversion where possible, local configuration and installation of the Time-Ware system and staff training. The process would typically take between one and two weeks.
ime-Ware Sales will run on all modern PC hardware, with
DOS, Windows 95/98/2000/NT and Novel networks. Both 'stand-alone' and 'network'
versions are available. Minimum system requirements are a Pentium processor,
64Mb RAM, SVGA colour monitor, mouse and a laser printer. For networks, we
recommend Pentium 500+ computers, running Windows 98/2000, and a server with at
least 128Mb RAM, possibly running Windows NT4/2000 Server (if there are to be
more than 3 or 4 users). Connected using Fast Ethernet network cards and an
Fast Ethernet HUB (100+Mbps). A fast modem (56Kbps) with dedicated phone line
or ISDN or ADSL connection, and at least one HP LaserJet printer (series 4 or
later).
Time-Ware staff will be happy to help and advise in selecting appropriate hardware.
